While I acknowledge that the fence will have some negative effects on wildlife, so will over population of our country. The people coming here illegaly do not believe in birth control, think nothing of having six kids, and trash our environment. They are from the third world and treat the USA the same way the treat their real homes. These people are extremley negative for Texas and it's natural environment. If our politicians had the guts to stand up to La Raza, the ACLU, and Amnesty International, we could start deporting the illegals and would not need a fence. Also, those caught coming here should be sentanced to six months hard labor picking up trash without pay before they are sent home.
