Texas is home to beautiful rivers, lakes and streams. These waters are where we fish, swim and boat. They're also where many of us get our drinking water. But our waters are threatened. Environment Texas is working to protect our rivers and lakes from polluted runoff—the largest source of water pollution in the state. We're also working to protect our waters from other threats, including industrial pollution and factory farms.
